Panamind, LLC, d/b/a VSE Digital Media (“VSE”, “our”, “us” or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our website located at www.vsedigitalmedia.com (the “Site”) and related software, services, features, communication and content. A user of the Services or Site, whether with a registered account or a user just browsing the Site or communicating with representatives of VSE, is hereinafter referred to as a “User,” or collectively, the “Users”.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at: www.vsedigitalmedia.com/terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined will have the definitions provided in the Terms and Conditions. You hereby authorize VSE to run, or have run, credit card authorizations on all credit cards provided by you, to store credit card details as your method of payment for Services, and to charge your credit card (or any other form of payment authorized by VSE or mutually agreed to between you and VSE).

VSE may choose to bill through an invoice or a custom processing method. In any case, full payment for invoices issued, and for amounts that have been attempted charged on your credit card or by another payment method, in any given month, must be received by VSE no later than fourteen (14) days after the earliest of the emailing date of the invoice, and the date of the attempted charge to credit card or other payment method, unless otherwise has been agreed with VSE in writing. If any outstanding amount has not been paid within 14 days, unpaid amounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower, plus all expenses of collection and may result in immediate termination of Service. Unpaid amounts that have not been paid after 30 days may be sent to a Debt Collection agency. You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with Services other than U.S. taxes based on VSE’ net income. Payments made through custom billing methods, any services or processes separate from our applications, are subject to an additional 8% fee to the plan fee.

VSE will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you the Services agreed upon and you shall pay VSE the Fee in accordance with these Terms. In cases where the Service has been cancelled, terminated or aborted, either by you or by VSE, you will pay in full for the Services up to and including the last day on which the Services are provided. All sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, accrued rights to payment, confidentiality obligations, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, and that organization defaults or in any other way is not able to pay any outstanding amount owed to VSE, you are personally jointly liable for payment, unless it is evident that you had no knowledge of the causes for the organization’s inability to pay.

Our primary goals in collecting, using and processing information via our website are to provide Users with access to and use of our services, to improve and further develop our services and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Site. We will not share your information with marketers. However, we reserve the right to sell information in a sale of the corporation.

In the course of using VSE we may ask you to provide us with, or grant us access to, or permission to obtain, certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you; personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, email address, postal address, work experience and interests, and phone number (”Information“).If you use the website to make or receive payments, we will also collect certain Personal Information such as credit card information, PayPal or other financial account information, and billing address.We may collect additional Personal Information to validate your identity, such as your date of birth, place of birth or taxpayer identification number. We may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of your government-issued identification or photo, and we may authenticate it against third party databases or request a credit report.We use your Personal Information mainly to provide our service, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.When you send a service request to VSE, you will be opting-in to receive VSE emails, newsletters, marketing and/or promotional materials. We will also use your Personal Information to send this content to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, you can opt-out or customize the type of messages you receive from VSE by clicking on the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of VSE emails, or by emailing us at success@vsedigitalmedia.com. Please note that any such opt-out applies solely to marketing related emails. VSE will still need to communicate with you via email with regarding non-marketing related matters related to the Site and you acknowledge and agree that VSE has the right to do so.

Two things drive VSE decisions regarding the use of information collected from users: 1) improving user experience by offering personalized services, content and advertising, and 2) market research.

Ads are a standard part of user experience on the Internet, and VSE believes that targeted advertising enhances this experience. VSE may use Cookies and other technologies and Personal Information to place ads where they believe interested parties will see them. In addition to banner ads, VSE may advertise products, companies and events that we think might interest you through the email address you provide.

VSE may analyze Personal Information and Web Navigational Data based on your interests and may use the analysis from this information in a way that does not contain any Personal Information (“Market Research”) in order to:
